At VMS we take several measures to ensure that the quality of our product identification products enhances the quality of your products.
ISO 9001: 2008
VMS is a certified ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing facility. This places VMS in an elite group of manufacturers achieving world-class quality by meeting the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
UL /CSA
VMS designs and manufactures visual markings in accordance with the UL Recognized and CSA Certified labels as specified by our customers. Although the standards that apply to different types of products may vary, the goal of all safety standards is basically the same - to help reduce hazards when a product is used properly.
Customer Report Cards
We value and take interest in our customer's opinions of our products. We ask our customers to send Customer Report Cards to rate our on-time delivery and quality performance. VMS always aims at earning a high score on the grading scale and we use all of the feed back in the report cards to improve our performance and products.
PPAP/ First Article Inspection
Visual Marking Systems offers PPAP, Production Part Approval Process. We want our products to exceed customer standards, and are eager and able to offer this First Article Inspection to ensure a high quality finished product.
ANSI
VMS serves on the AEM (American Equipment Manufacturers Association) board and is kept up to-date on all ANSI Standards. We are knowledgeable on ANSI standards and can create certified products under the ANSI Z535.4 standards.
