Customer Supplied Material
Quality standards are not guaranteed for customer supplied material not tested by VMS prior to production.

Minimum Order Quantities
VMS requires all orders total a minimum of $150.

Order Cancellation & Order Changes
Upon placement of order, customer is responsible for all costs incurred pertaining to creation of art, purchase of materials, and tooling in the event of changes or cancellation prior to final production.

Payment Terms
Standard payment terms, in U.S. Dollars, for customers new to VMS are credit card payment or net 30 days with credit approval. Any other payment terms must be approved by VMS.

PPAP & First Articles
Additional costs may be incurred if PPAP or First Articles are required.

Pricing Terms
Pricing is firm for 30 days and limited to the conditions outlined in this order. All quotes are in U.S. Dollars and will have to be re-estimated after 30 days due to potential cost increases.

Return Policy
We at VMS pride ourselves in making products that our customers are proud to display. If your product is not provided as ordered or is defective, we’ll fix it or refund your money within 60 days from shipment date. Custom products are non-refundable.

Shelf Life and Storage Conditions
To obtain best performance, use product within 2 years from the date of manufacture and store under normal conditions of 65°F to 72°F(21°C) and 50% relative humidity. Decals must be stored flat. No heavy object should be placed on top of the decals which can cause wrinkles or creases. Products exceeding two years in storage should be evaluated to determine if they still meet the application needs.

Shipping & Expedite Fees
All expedite fees, duties, taxes, or other related shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the quoted prices.

Standard Order Conditions
Unless explicitly stated, all orders will be produced to G.P.I. (National Association of Graphic and Product Identification Manufacturers) Standards. +/ – 10% of order quantities will be considered completed orders.

Fleet & Vehicle Wrap Specific Terms & Conditions
Vehicles must be free of dust, mud, wax, oil, protective type products, and other agents that may prevent the vinyl from adhering to the vehicle surface during the installation process. The vehicle surface temperature must be at least 60°F. If vehicle is not cleaned prior to installation drop off, customer will be charged cleaning fee of $100 per vehicle.

VMS recommends a three-day installation period for vehicle wrap and graphics installation. Vehicles must be dropped off at VMS installation facility by 3:00pm the day before scheduled installation. Three days gives adequate time for vehicle preparation, installation and graphics adhesion.

No Show/Installation Cancellation Fees
Please notify VMS of installation date changes at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $100 per vehicle will be charged.

Wall Graphic Specific Warranty/Disclaimer information
VMS will recommend the appropriate substrates for wall graphic installation along with the required surface preparation. However, VMS cannot warrant wall graphic performance and removability due to our inability to control the initial wall preparation.

Art charges & Survey Fees
$100 per hour for creative work
$150 logo/graphics design (includes two revisions) – $75 per additional revision
$350 full wrap design (includes two revisions) -$75 per additional revision


Survey Fees of $75 per hour will apply to all offsite wall and vehicle graphics projects. A travel fee of $50 per hour may also apply.

Customer Acceptance: All work contracted or executed by Visual Marking Systems, Inc. is bound by the terms outlined in this document.
