Quality standards are not guaranteed for customer supplied material not tested by VMS prior to production.
VMS requires all orders total a minimum of $150.
Upon placement of order, customer is responsible for all costs incurred pertaining to creation of art, purchase of materials, and tooling in the event of changes or cancellation prior to final production.
Standard payment terms, in U.S. Dollars, for customers new to VMS are credit card payment or net 30 days with credit approval. Any other payment terms must be approved by VMS.
A minimum $300 fee will be applied for all supporting documents which fall under the customer’s PPAP requirements.
Pricing is firm for 30 days and limited to the conditions outlined in this order. All quotes are in U.S. Dollars and will have to be re-estimated after 30 days due to potential cost increases.
We at VMS pride ourselves in making products that our customers are proud to display. If your product is not provided as ordered or is defective, we’ll fix it or refund your money within 60 days from shipment date. Custom products are non-refundable.
To obtain best performance, use product within 2 years from the date of manufacture and store under normal conditions of 65°F to 72°F(21°C) and 50% relative humidity. Decals must be stored flat. No heavy object should be placed on top of the decals which can cause wrinkles or creases. Products exceeding two years in storage should be evaluated to determine if they still meet the application needs.
All expedite fees, duties, taxes, or other related shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the quoted prices.
Unless explicitly stated, all orders will be produced to G.P.I. (National Association of Graphic and Product Identification Manufacturers) Standards. +/ – 10% of order quantities will be considered completed orders.
Visual Marking Systems manufactures HPPL decals based on the material recommendations of our product suppliers or customer-requested specifications. VMS does not independently test the construction of HPPL decals and does not control the photoluminescence strength, application surface, its preparation, application process or environment of the decal installation, therefore we cannot warranty HPPL parts for any failures which may occur.
Vehicles must be free of dust, mud, wax, oil, protective type products, and other agents that may prevent the vinyl from adhering to the vehicle surface during the installation process. The vehicle surface temperature must be at least 60°F. If vehicle is not cleaned prior to installation drop off, customer will be charged cleaning fee of $100 per vehicle.
VMS recommends a three-day installation period for vehicle wrap and graphics installation. Vehicles must be dropped off at VMS installation facility by 3:00pm the day before scheduled installation. Three days gives adequate time for vehicle preparation, installation, and graphics adhesion.
Please notify VMS of installation date changes at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $100 per vehicle will be charged.

Survey Fees of $75 per hour will apply to all offsite wall and vehicle graphics projects. A travel fee of $75 per hour may also apply.
VMS will recommend the appropriate substrates for decal and graphic installation along with the required surface preparation. However, VMS cannot warrant decal and graphic performance, adhesion and removability due to our inability to control the initial application surface preparation.
The surface temperature for exterior graphics application must be at least 50°F.
All work contracted or executed by Visual Marking Systems, Inc. is bound by the terms outlined in this document.
