Screen Print Operator
Responsible for setting up and operating a carousel screen printing station according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Capable of solving printing problems, and making print adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, color, and production speed. Has good understanding of inks, solvents, and can print line, halftone, and multi-color copy on a variety of substrates by performing the following duties personally or through assistant personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receives production order and job assignments from supervisor. Reads order to verify quantity to be run, overrun tolerance, color sequence and substrate.
Obtains substrate, screen, ink, squeegee and related supplies needed to produce job.
Sets up press according to established company guidelines, safety and job requirements.
Prints proof sheets to check press setup, registration, ink viscosity and color.
Secures supervisors approval for production run.
Sets dryers and flash units for proper drying or curing.
Prints job maintaining optimum production speed and makes press adjustments to maintain print quality, registration and color.
Solves printing problems.
Prints line and halftone copy on a variety of substrates.
Completes production run including overruns and production samples.
Completes production schedule.
Ensures proper cleanliness of press, work station, and immediate press area by returning unused ink to ink room, removing trash, rags and extra press sheets.
Other duties as assigned.

The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit. Business Development Manager (BDM)
The Business Development Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive and cohesive internal and external selling plans to increase revenues and profits for Visual Marking Systems (VMS). The successful candidate is expected to uphold the organization’s mission and the established VMS leadership attributes while selling, navigating, coaching, and leading his or her team through a matrix reporting structure– in the pursuit of delivering a customer focused selling and service plan to achieve the revenue goals.
Promotes positive relationships with customers and VMS’s mission of ultimate customer satisfaction by providing all customers with reliable service, responsiveness, personal attention and ethical treatment that demonstrates a personal commitment to deliver on our mission.
Implements recommendations from the strategic plan and marketing initiatives to hit top-line revenue goals.
Navigates internal and external environments for development of revenue and growth.
Coaches team members, provides recommendations and feedback to senior management.
Identifies new markets, industries and vertical segments to produce increased profits and top-line growth.

B2B Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred with a minimum 5 years of successful outside selling.
Knowledge and experience working within manufacturing business is preferred.
Product knowledge of durable OEM printed products and customized product identification experience a strong plus (overlays, labels, decals, branding solutions).
Documented and proven record of accomplishment for exceeding forecasts and sales targets.
Strong computer skills, CRM and technology use is required.
Achieves assigned sales quota for targeted key and major accounts.
Achieves new account targets and forecasts.
Achieves strategic account growth objectives.
Lives VMS Leadership Attributes and Code of Ethics.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned timeframe.
Meets requirements of expense budget and other objectives as assigned.
This position reports directly to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
Works with other BDMs, Strategic Account Managers and Customer Relations Executives to meet revenue and growth objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
This position works with the Marketing team on special projects.
This position may require frequent travel. Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Position is based in Twinsburg, Ohio.
A four-year degree in business or related field is required.
Vinyl Decal/Graphics Installer
VMS is currently seeking a full time, experienced Vinyl Decal and Graphics Installer for our Twinsburg location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
Installing spot, partial and full coverage commercial and color change vehicle wraps. Installing and/or removal of die-cut lettering to walls, windows and vehicles, including solid wall and window murals, as well as specialty window films (dust, frost, privacy, etc.).
Installing wet application window graphics.
Assembling, installing and changing out the fabrics on SEG fabric frames and wall mounted signs using cleats, Z-clips, stand-offs, etc.
Installing interior/exterior banners to various application surfaces.
Installing graphics on furniture, countertops, etc.).
Installing post and panel site signs into soil, asphalt & concrete.
Preparing vehicles for installation (washing/cleaning, primer application, part removals, etc.).
Must have 3 years of experience in some or all of the above skill sets.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must have access to a vehicle or reliable transportation (work is not always performed in our shop).
Must have a flexible schedule (some projects may be in the evening and/or on weekends).
Must be able to read and interpret project schematics/layouts and apply graphics accordingly.
Must have experience with basic installation tools (tape measures, squeegees, knives, heat guns, torches, wrap gloves, knifeless tape, etc.).
Must be willing to work outdoors.
Must be a team player.
Must be comfortable in and able to operate scissor, bucket and boom lifts.
Must be detail oriented, inspecting your work upon completion.
Must have trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills as our Team Members deal directly with our end clients.
Operating light hand tools (drills, saws, multi-cutting tools, etc.).
Must have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Maintaining the highest level of safety at all times.
PDAA Master Certification or Avery, 3M or Arlon certifications preferred.
